Good Starter Board
Since this was my first digital turn-table, It took some work to get all the right accessories to get the actual set up working. My local engineer was engaging, but my board had some issues which Support helped me with. Again, a great beginner board, easy to use and get to know.
Good starter DJ controller, but not a standalone product
This is a great entry into the basic controls of a DJ controller as the buttons/plates are decent quality. Numark has lots of tutorials and there is a good amount of YouTube videos walking you through getting started. What to consider when buying is that unlike the upper-end controllers or CDJs is that this is not a standalone product. It will require you to connect to an iPhone/iPad, laptop, or desktop running the proper software (Androids will not work, at least well). I would suggest a laptop or desktop since it won't require any extra cables (phones/tablets will require a lightning/video converter). Serato DJ Lite is free and if you already have music files then you're good to go, else Serato will connect to Soundcloud, Beatport, Beatlink, or Tidal (all which are a monthly cost). If my daughter sticks with DJing for a while, we'll upgrade to a controller that is standalone (only needs USB flash drive) like the pros use.
Can’t get its speakers to work
It's been crazy busy this year as a DJ to be one and my numark party mix live's speakers, I'm trying hard to troubleshoot this problem
