Pedaltrain Novo 2
I upgraded (and downsized) my pedalboard during the pandemic to this sturdy, well-made Pedaltrain. I've really been enjoying it! Thank's Chris Kress for your expertise and for helping me decide on this purchase. You're awesome!
Great pedalboard
I've put off trying the PedalTrain boards because of the slotted design. But seeing so many guitarists using them, I gave it a go and I love it. The design really does allow for a cleaner board. And of course, the flight case is built like a tank.
Excellent Gift!!
I purchased this for my grandson for his birthday, it's exactly what he wanted!! Not sure if he's had a chance to use it yet but he loves it!! Nate at Sweetwater was very helpful, professional, and courteous! Thank you for your excellent customer service, it definitely tops all others!!
Excellent Protection!
This is my second Pedaltrain board and tour case. It is rock solid and does a great job of protecting my equipment. I'm still using the first one I bought 10 years ago and it's still going strong. Well worth the price!
Built like a tank
I needed a smaller board to use with my monster Terra 42, which is dedicated solely to controlling my Axe-FX III. (4 expression pedals, FC-12 controller, 4 Boss FS-5U switches)
I use a MusicMan JP6 w/piezos, so I needed room for
the splitter (magnetic and piezos).
My acoustic signal (line regulator, tc electronic BodyRez, and Radial DI).
My magnetic signal (DigiTech FreqOut, WhammyDT, A/B for my secondary guitar, Peterson Strobostomp HD, Mesa/Boogie Stowaway Buffer).
Both Pedaltrains are rock solid and will probably outlast the gear attached to them.
Great Pedalboard
Love this board and even with the tour case, it's not too heavy which is something I was worried about.
Really good foundation.
I was a little skeptical that my Zuma power supply would fit under my pedaltrain classic two; but at the end, it all came together nicely! That beefy power supply did fit nicely under that pedalboard, and it was worth every penny. Thanks Jason once again for your friendliest customer service, I will definitely get back to you soon.
Pedaltrain Quality
Just finished building my pedal board and I have to tell you that Pedaltrain made it easy. I purchased the Novo 24 With the Tour case and a couple of boosters. ALL QUALITY AT IT"S BEST! A little pricey, but worth every nickel.
Pedaltrain - All-Around Excellence
I already have a Pedaltrain Novo 32 TC for one of my other bands, but needed a smaller version of the same great product that Pedaltrain offers.
As always, they're craftsmanship/products are rock solid & tour-ready.
Thanks to Chris @Sweetwater for always being the best! Y'all rock :)
Why everyone uses them.
After trying many different pedalboards - including home made - this is where it's at. There is a reason everyone uses these things. They are light. They fit a bunch of gear. They have space underneath for power. The case works great. The optional wedge shaped spacers are a good idea, too. Go ahead and buy it.
dig it!
Well made ,good quality and great foam on the cover to hold everything snug tight. Very glad I bought
this over the gig bag type case. experience has taught me that my pedalboard with this case this time around will be very safe from any clumsy people that don't need to be on any stage...
Novo 24 with the tour case
Highly recommend for those with full pedalboards and those that gig regularly. The tour case provides the protection that the gig bag just can't. Well worth spending the extra $.
It's really good, but be careful in your planning.
This is my 2nd Pedaltrain board. I'm expanding up from the Metro 24. I was never disappointed with its performance, so I knew I wanted to stick with Pedaltrain for my expansion. I am a fan of the hard shell case due to the fact that I load and unload my gear several daily, if not multiple times daily.
I planned my board out on the Pedal Playground website so I knew everything was going to fit where I needed it. I got the boosters to elevate the switches for my top row of pedals, and while these are a great solution, this is where my complication arose. The pedals I use tend toward the chunkier side (Line 6 DL4, Ditto x4, Boss dual pedal) so I feared that whichever ones went on the top row might ptevent the hard shell case from closing. I was thinking that I could simply accommodate for that by setting the pedals lower on the board, but the design of the booster makes it have to straddle the slates in the board. This then limits your options of vertical placement of the booster.
I've got them all on there, but the case lid just barely closes. Although it is the egg carton foam lining, it feels a little tight. I even tried turning the board 180 from the direction I would naturally put it in, and that was even worse. I may resort to carving a bit of the foam liner out to make a better fit.
I would absolutely recommend this product!
Good board and case
Does everything I needed it for. Wayne Davis in sale is my guy for the info and he's always there to answer my questions.
