Pedalboard is a pedalboard - I do like the open slot under front for easy cable routing.

Case is solid and foam holds pedals safely in place while traveling!

Truetone is an awesome company and I love their power supplies. I've got a Pedaltrain Classic 2 board that i got as a complete set from Sweetwater in 2018. It came with a Truetone CS12 power block, but the mounting brackets for it were too short and the angle of the rails doesn't allow the holes to meet them flush at all - I had to bend them to make them barely fit on the very edge of the rail - not the greatest but it kinda worked.

I sold that CS12 later, but recently got a new one with the same bracket problems with the Pedaltrain Classic 2 board. Also, good luck getting a drill chuck to fit where the mounting bracket screw goes unless you've got an angled bit attachment or want to drill the screw in at an angle (which you shouldn't).

Also, the solderless cables that came with the set were complete garbage. Doesn't look like that company is around anymore though.

Like I said, Truetone is great - but I think whoever arranged the partnership with Pedaltrain needs to take a look at the compatibility of the mounting brackets with their various models.

For the price the aluminum board seems pretty basic. The welds were incomplete. The case seems sturdy.

Love the pedal train purchased from Sweetwater perfect size and road worthy case great for travel.

I was looking for a new pedal board and own several other Pedaltrain boards with hard and soft cases. The case is overkill for me as it's only used to transport my board 1-2 times a week but it looks like it would withstand air transport and daily load ins/outs.

Works great, i am very happy with it.

Perfect sized pedalboard for what I wanted on it. I used Dual-Lock to mount the pedals and drilled some holes for brackets on the bottom. It worked out nice. I like the case, too.

Very sturdy! The case is really amazing as well, the handle and the latches are very heavy duty. Good value for the money. I'm not a gigging musician but this seems very gig worthy. It's also a lot of fun to set up your board and move pedals around and get the wiring just right... it's much easier to move it around if you want to play in different parts of the house or take it out. Good buy!

Built like a tank and includes all of the velcro needed to get the board up and running!

Quite solid case. Of course the pedalboard is awesome. My only knock on the case is that it's a bit of a tight fit. Both on the side walls and the lid. Good part is that everything is snug and won't bang around at all. I definitely feel like my pedals are well protected. But there isn't room for cables in the case, kind of a bummer but not a deal breaker kind of bummer.

Not unlike my soft case my pedals are protected and setting remain as I set them. I even have room for several other items so now I have one less bag to carry.

It has been one of the best thing I've ever invested in, and the two pedals I ordered along with it sound just like I imagined they would. I have played guitar every night since I've gotten it set up - Why didn't I do this sooner?!? I look forward to ordering more pedals.... for my wife on Valentines Day.... she would want it that way.

Well this pedal board really fits well with the pedal set-up I have collected.
Now the spacing for pedals and the amount will be determined by the actual size of the pedals you maybe running.
I did purchase additional converters from 18v down to 9v because I'm not willing to take a chance and have too much power from the One Spot power supply.

A bit of drilling will be required to mount the power supply to the frame, or you can use a power drill to drive the self tapping screws provided.

The reason for 4.5 rating is due to the fact when I work the wah pedal the unit has a tendency to slide along the wood floor, which means I'll probably change the feet to a softer durometer rubber so it "sticks".

This board has plenty of room for a power supply plus a few pedals on top row I always keep on along with 5 along the bottom I can switch on and off with ease and with plenty of room so the setup doesn't look or feel crowded. The case is foam-lined and has plenty of room to hold on to my fully loaded board so I never have to take anything off or adjust it to put it away after practice or a gig. There's also enough room underneath to secure a power supply if you want to fill both the top and bottom rows with pedals.

This board is the perfect size for all of my effects pedals! I'm glad I went with this over larger models, because, while it has a good amount of space, it keeps me in check from going to crazy with effects.

Easily fits my 7 pedals and plenty of room! Thanks again Sweetwater!

Excellent quality pedal board. The hard case is durable and makes transporting everything easy and safe. Voodoo Labs Pedal Power 2 Plus power supply fits conveniently under the Pedaltrain with the brackets that I ordered separately. The Velcro included with the board is strong and provides a solid grip.
I had another brand of case / board prior to this and I can honestly say the Pedaltrain is better in every conceivable way. If you're not sure what to get for your pedals I highly recommend this one.

I ordered this particular board because I have heard many great things about pedaltrain boards. I am thoroughly disappointed in this product. I very well may have just received the one "bad" board/case combination, I'll admit that, but this is a very poor product FROM MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE.

First, the case. The hard case is aesthetically beautiful on the outside. I open it up, and the foam padding on the bottom and along the sides was not cleanly laid down/applied. There are ripples and inconsistencies all along the edges where the sides and bottom meet. This doesn't concern me as much, I only mention it because for as much as it costed, I expect a much better finished good.

The board itself is lightweight, sturdy. It's definitely a type of product that can take a beating. However, when I set it on the ground, it's not even level! The wobble in it is terrible! There is about 1/2 inch of space between the front left foot and the ground. I find this incredibly irritating. As I cannot activate a pedal without rocking the entire board forward.

It's too late for me, as I was foolish enough to assume the board to sit level and installed my power supply as soon as I pulled it out of the box, so I cannot send it back. This is without a doubt nowhere near worth the money I spent on it.

Awesome pedal board. Lots of space on top and underneath.
Plenty of connections, cables, tie straps. Works great with the
power source. Road case is well made and very rugged.
Really an enhancement to ny rig.

I'm very satisfied with this board! it does exactly what I needed it to do, and was very easy to mount a power supply to. The hard case is great because it protects your pedals very well, and it is easy to carry around and store.
