Archtop Electric Guitar Bridge - Low Profile Nickel

The quality and composition of a bridge can have a dramatic effect on the sound and performance of your guitar. That's why Sweetwater's Guitar Workshop loves recommending Graph Tech ResoMax replacement bridges to our customers. Each style is made from a lightweight proprietary alloy to improve tone, enhance harmonics, and maximize tuning stability. In some cases, it can absolutely bring your axe to life. This goes especially far on import guitars featuring bridges and other hardware that are often produced as cheaply as possible. In the case of the PS-7552-N0, its beautiful design is accented perfectly by the harmonic richness it imbues into your instrument. Looking to give your favorite electric a tonal makeover? The Graph Tech PS-7552-N0 ResoMax Archtop String Saver Jazz Bridge is a great place to start.

String Spacing?

By Leonard C. from Spokane,Wa

The Low profile profile is nice but the string spacing is wrong. Not Fender not Gibson don't know what it is. A lot wider then it should be.

Nice product, good materials. But….

By Larry from USA
Music Background: Old retired guy with arthritis from pulling wire. My fingers don’t move as fast as my brain tells them. I’ll never be a pro. But it’s a great hobby. Love the gear.

Dave Cody my Sales Engineer. Good guy.
Bought this from Sweetwater EBay. I bought the LOW version of this bridge.
Trying to find something to go on a 60 year old True Tone Guitar (inherited).
My bridge was too high. Impossible to play. Maybe with a slide, but not my pick or fingers. Action probably .375 over last fret. Who knows how high it is at bridge.
Put on LOW version. Even at its lowest adjustment, this bridge was even higher than the old Rosewood Bridge.
The GraphTech Bridge was constructed very nice of quality materials. Had notches for strings already cut in. Base was made of a pliable plastic or vinyl that probably resonated through the guitar top.
It was just too high for me to even try to get it down to a playing height. No use in ruining something, because I believe my eyes and don't want to waste $.
My advice is try it if you have a newer Arch Top. For me, it just wouldn't work. Sweetwater EBay took it back no questions asked. They charged me $3.40 mailing to return. Small price to pay to try a product.
Good luck. But don't expect this to work on something older. Maybe a newer guitar might be the right thing for this bridge to work on.
