Holds my 14” pearl fat and skinny no problem
Used to add a pearl fat and skinny 14 snare to my pearl compact series kit as a Tom and it works perfect for that. Nice and sturdy and hasn't come loose or any issues yet.
Works as intended
Bought as a replacement for mounting my Pearl M-80 Firecracker snare. The articulation of the mounting rod gives great flexibility in where you can place place what you are adding to your kit. As I have mine mounting onto my hi-hat stand, I like that I can swivel the snare in and out of place as needed. Great solid piece that feels sturdy.
