Great Customer Service,
This package is perfect for me. As a beginner I wanted something good and that would last for the best price, this is a great deal. On day one I accidentally broke a string tuning the guitar and I went too far with the string tuning it incorrectly. Sweetwater sent me out a new package of strings immediately, even though it was my fault. Customer for life.
Epiphone Les Paul player
I'm really happy with the guitar. Being a beginner it is a very comfortable guitar. I would recommend it for anyone just starting out. Customer service is excellent.
Perfect first electric guitar
Started out with an acoustic that I took from my brother(he didn't play it anymore). Loved the instrument enough to want to buy my own. This starter pack was perfect for me at the price. The amp has a lot more power than you think at the start! highly recommend to beginning guitar players wanting an electric guitar.
Perfect for beginners.
Obviously there are better guitars and amps out there, but this is perfect for someone just starting out learning electric guitar. The guitar is easy to play and get used to, and the amp is everything that's needed for practicing and learning. No need to spend an arm and a leg just to get started.
A lot for your money
This is my first electric guitar so I needed everything. A player pack made sense. All I really hoped for was a functional little amp and a guitar with a playable neck. I got that and more. This is actually a GOOD guitar. I am very pleased. Sweetwater is great to deal with.

Better than expected
I had a guitar when I was younger, but it didn't hold up. Now, so many years later, I've got this to get back into learning again.
The guitar is much heavier and better built than I expected. The neck just feels solid in my fret hand. The paint and clearcoat finish is excellent. Love the Les Paul signature. The 10 watt amp sounds clear and can crank louder than it looks. The electronic tuner is super easy and quick.
And of course buying from Sweetwater always feels good. There is no better place to buy music or audio gear.

Very pleased with entire package. The little amp is great. Very surprised. The guitar is so easy to play. Hand just slides effortlessly up and down the neck. It was expertly set up. Thanks Israel you're the best. The strings easy to play. Very happy with Sweetwater. Very professional as well as personable. Package was packed and arrived with no damage what so ever. Follow up by Sweetwater is exceptional. By the way, the guitar is beautiful. Looks great with my Gibson j45.

Nice Beginner Package
I've wanted to learn guitar for a long time and this package fit the bill for a newbie like me. Well made, fit & finish are quite good, and the price is right. Everything is there to be able to start playing. I haven't done a whole lot with it yet, got some basic lesson software to work with, I'm as green as they come for a beginner. I look forward to mastering the instrument.

I ordered this on a Friday and it was delivered on Tuesday. lt was packaged extremely well as to prevent any damage. I was very happy to receive the guitar as it was already set up with no further adjustment needed.
