Absolutely stellar

This guitar really grabbed my attention. Charvel has made one of the best production super strats this year. The Pro Mod Plus So-Cal checks all of the boxes for me. The buttery smooth caramelized maple neck is hand finished with a satin coat and is lightening fast. Other companies need to take note because the rolled frets are dressed perfectly and are super comfortable. The 12-16 CR neck is slightly thicker than a typical Jackson speed neck, but equally fast. I love the fact they went with SD Distortions for pickups and the FR 1500 is a bonus in my opinion considering the overall price. The Scorched Earth finish is killer too. Also, the matching headstock just rounds out the overall aesthetic. I'm stoked Charvel is doing this on the Pro Mods. This is the guitar I never knew I wanted until I played it. If you're looking for a versatile shredder, this is absolutely the right choice. I have zero regrets here. As always, Pat Walsh took great care of me. He's been my advisor for three years and he never lets me down. Not only did he get this completely Plek'd and finished in a day, I got the guitar roughly 48 hours after I hung up the phone.
