Driver keeps falling off
A friend bought one of these and didn't unpack it until it was past the return date (not from Sweetwater). Tried it out and there were no highs. Brought it to me and I open it up. The compression driver was unscrewed from the horn and laying in the bottom of the cab. Figured it was just a mistake from the factory. Screwed the driver back in an reattached the leads. All was fine. He used it a few times doing nursing home gigs. Highs disappeared again. Opened it up and the driver had come unscrewed. Again! Looks like it's missing a rubber washer between the driver and the horn. That would probably help it to stay locked in. I put some lock tite on it to see it's that will hold it.
Peavey needs to do some quality control on these units.
