Ernie Ball 2015 Skinny Top Heavy Bottom Slinky Paradigm Electric Guitar Strings - .010-.052 Reviews
Ernie Ball Paradigm electric guitar strings are amazingly resistant to rust and breakage — and whether you earn a living with your guitar or not, that's a big deal. These plasma-treated strings deliver classic Slinky tone along with advanced engineering that can withstand aggressive players. And even if you travel with your guitar often, or live in a salty-aired coastal region, Paradigm strings will stay rust-free for a very long time. Kenny Wayne Shepherd couldn't break 'em. John Petrucci couldn't break 'em. Guitarists at Sweetwater haven't been able to break Ernie Ball Paradigm guitar strings either, and we expect you'll eventually get bored trying.

90 day warranty
I love these stirngs, but dont go from a drop G# tuning to standard quickly at all. Ernieball will send up to three replacements a year as long as you have the product code so save your wrapper!
Finally broke after 2 years
Very impressed that with a Floyd rose original trem setup that these lasted 2 years before breaking. Ordered another set and these guys called me and said thank you for your purchase. I thought it was kinda cool they appreciate the business enough to call you
Great feel and tone, but with some issues
I have used these for over a year now in my Gibson Les Paul in Drop-D and they feel and sound fantastic - nice cutting tone with a smooth feel and finish. I really like how these Paradigms have a slightly tighter tension than regular Slinkys would have at this gauge. Works well for my heavier playing on that guitar (think TOOL and Volbeat, etc.). However, despite their guarantee fo breaking, I've had a few set where the high-E broke a couple of times (my guitar has no sharp spots or defects that would cause this), so really no different than standard strings, IMO. Additionally, and maybe this is because of my body chemistry, these string tarnish fairly quickly in just a few days when put on new. Despite this, they tend to keep their bright tone a bit longer than D'Addario XLs and standard Slinkys I've tried.
Loved them at first
Broke my hi E tuning to standard after just a week
