One the best limiters I've had to utilise.

Every material is different, and is useful to have some limiters to try with. This one is one of my favorites!

I had the Ozone 9 Limiter for quite sometime, and I noticed a major difference in perceived loudness and transparency. I am super impressed about its quality. Keep it up Sonnox.

I have tried many program dynamics plug ins for my mix bus and many are very good... the Sonnox Oxford Limiter is a cut above - most impressive software I have used - not cheap, but definitely worth what you pay for it. In general, Sonnox plug-ins are uniformly superb.

I have found the Oxford limiter to be a very real circuit sounding plugin. It is very musical and can add a nice bit of polish. Getting a mix to your desired final lufs level takes many smaller increases of eq gain, comp, and more than one limiter. Comparing limiters others have different features, different uses, I use my Oxford limiter as the very last plugin only scathing the signal of - 0.5 db gain reduction . I like its Sonic fingerprint . This is how I use it.

I have the waves l2 and l3, I tried them both vs the this Sonnox Limiter. The Sonnox limiter was able to keep the punch and mix balance alot better than the l2 or l3. I'm extremely impressed!

I chose the Sonnox Oxford limiter after hours of A/B comparisons of seven different limiter plug-ins demos for final mixes. While maximizing volume, the Sonnox Limiter could produce an aggressive punch or warm, beautiful limiting of the material that I could not replicate quite the same with other plugs. Retains nice detail even as you push the input and enhance sliders to color.

Sony has scored a homerun with this excellent limiter. I used it on several sessions as the mastering limiter in Pro Tools and was quite impressed. First of all, the sound quality is gorgeous, and can range from being very transparent to really "coloring" your program material. If you want it to, you can really make it scream; it can get quite loud, if that is to your liking. The limiter also comes with presets that are quite helpful in showing one the myriad possibilities. This will stay in my arsenal as my primary ITB mastering limiter! Two thumbs up!!
