Excellent!
This mixer sounds incredible and is super easy to use. I love recording rehearsals on an SD card and using the USB integration to do multi-track recording to the DAW.
Great for tracking drums
I use this primarily as the interface to mic my drum set and it does a wonderful job.
Nice product
The only reason I give this 4 stars is because I have not yet had an opportunity to test out other similar mixers, and so reserving my enthusiasm. This is a great mixer with tons of features, some of which I probably will never use. This is my third mixer, and the only one with an in-built recording feature, which I have found extremely useful for portability: I have recorded live performances, band demos and rehearsal sessions, and a podcast pilot. I still have to think my way through a couple of the features, but it is definitely a great product for live sound as well as field recording. And as always, Sweetwater is a great resource to research products and find prices on serious gear that come within the range of affordability for musicians and home studios.
