Solid, but be careful
The desk with solid wood. Feel very sturdy and it is the perfect heigh for a keyboard. However, I set a glass of water on it for about an hour and the perspiration bubbled up the coating on the desk. It gets dirty easily. Structure is great, cosmetic is not very durable.
Not Functional For The ROLAND FANTOM 8 Workstation

I checked the height 27" before purchasing this "special order." As for the ROLAND FANTOM 8, This product is way too high.
I am 5'10." Regardless of the adjustable stool or adjustable chair height, the FANTOM 8 sits way too high! To resolve the problem,
I placed 5 inches of foam on the back in order to TILT THE FANTOM FORWARD. This lowers the edge of the keys slightly but gives
me the ability to read the screen and adjustments.
PS: I Do not have a way to demonstrate the ruler/measurement or me sitting at the keyboard.
