This review does not reflect sweetwater customer service and it is purely reflecting on Jackson. I have received several of these guitars in a row and all of them have had the same issue: a crack in the neck pocket. I have been in contact several times with Jackson to try and fix the issue, however they seem to not care. Every model is the same.
Being said that, as mentioned above, sweetwater has been very supportive addressing this issue. They really seem to care. I hope I can have luck with any other brand since I want sweetwater to be my dealer of choice
