This ride is simply amazing. It produces a wide range of different sounds based on the where it's played on the surface, and responds very well to stick input (type of wood and tip shape come across distinctly in the sound generated).
It has an inherent "Fire" within its wash, much like what's in a China type; strike it casually with the shoulder of the stick across the cymbal bow and a wicked, chilling 'kahhh' sound spreads across the room.
