Magma Bags CTRL Case Maschine
Magma Bags CTRL Case Maschine Reviews
The Magma CTRL Case Maschine is specially designed to hold the new NI Maschine Jam or Maschine MK2. Made with Durashock molded 5mm EVA foam and a polyester exterior shell, it provides the perfect balance of protection and portability. The water-resistant polyester exterior adds a layer of protection for your gear and keeps it free from moisture. Pad controller users here at Sweetwater also love the Magma's CTRL series cases since they are designed to accommodate Decksaver protective covers, so it's easy to add extra protection. This case also comes with removable foam that provides an extra layer of protection for all encoders, knobs, and buttons when packed. Finally, a comfortable carrying handle provides an easier walk to the gig or load out from the van.
Definitely great music case
Great case and worth the price. Keeps everything safe.
It's a semi hard case lol
It's exactly that. It fits the Maschine plus perfectly. It's very durable. The only complaint; it doesn't have any pockets. So if you're planning on only taking the drum machine with you, there's no where to put your adapter & cables, etc. Other than that, it does the job just fine.
Bought as bundle w/ Maschine+
It fits the Maschine+ perfectly, but absolutely no space for the power wall wort. Going to have to send it back.
Excellent case
It's bare bones: a semi-rigid box with a zipper and a piece of foam inside. It holds my maschine mk3 nice and snug, though.
I wouldn't recommend using this in a circumstance where it could get crushed by something really heavy or dropped from a considerable height, like as checked baggage. The maschine is a tight fit inside, so I imagine that dropping it on the corners could do some damage.
It's pretty strong, though. Like, I could probably sit on mine a couple times and the maschine would be fine. It's definitely more robust than a gig bag or something like that.
