Love playing this harp
I was shocked at the difference in the sound of this harmonica compared to other brands. This is so much fun to play, and it has a wonderful, rich tone. I have toyed around with harmonicas for years, but never took it serious until i played my first Crossover. Now I am looking forward to being considered a "good" harmonica player. (I still have a ways to go)
Crossover Harp
I have to say up front that I am not a Harp player and not a professional. That said I have a very good ear for tone and a good feel for value. I have owned and still own, other Harmonicas in several keys including some upper crust Lee Oscar harps. These are arguably Harps of great tone and are very playable including being very user friendly when it comes to bending notes. The Honer Marine Band Crossover is the easiest to play including bends, and I would say the best tone available to me of all the Harmonicas I have. I can sound very good playing this harp even with the mistakes I make, simply because of the great tone and the price is not prohibitive. Buy it and you will thank me for this review. That is all I have to say. Enjoy!
