We purchase a remo drum from another company for my 19mo. son, however it only came with one stick. I found the matching stick here on Sweetwater for the lowest price around and with FREE shipping, so I ordered 8! However, that is was not the end of my happy dance. We had Ben call from Sweetwater, letting me know they currently had 6 in stock, I was happy to change my order to 6, I really didn't need 8, he did let me know that if I wanted 8 still he would send out 6 then the other 2 when they came in. I just change it to 6, since again I really didn't need 8. Ben called again after my package arrived just to make sure I was happy with everything. I am very pleased with the level of service by this company, it is very hard to find now-a-days. Thank you Sweetwater and Ben!
