Stained My Clothes Black
I bought this a year ago and it worked fine as far as holding my guitar up with strap locks. I noticed the black paint started rubbing off on my clothes a while back, especially when it's hot and I sweat even a little bit. It stained a couple of my shirts.
Works Fine, Color Rubs off on Clothes but Washes Out
Works great with my strap locks on my jazz bass. I love a vegan option for a strap so I'm glad this exists. The only thing I keep noticing is that after a set, there's a pretty obvious black stripe across my shoulder and back where the strap was. It seems to wash out easily, though, even on my white clothes. I have had the strap for eight months so it's not a just-out-of-the-box thing. Might be related to heat and perspiration. Won't be a problem if you wear black anyway.
