Best mic for vocals
I first purchased this mic here on Sweetwater a few years ago, not long after it was released. I cannot overstate how beautifully this captures live vocals. It is airy and hyper detailed like a studio condenser, while doing an excellent job at rejecting surrounding noise in live scenarios. I recently tested this mic against the 0C818 in a recording session, and to my sincerest surprise it blew that mic out of the water. The vocals were so much more natural, rich, present and of course airy. The interface I was using was the Audient id4 mk2, which I highly recommend. Give this a try for yourself.
