The handles on this bag are too short and are barely able to close. They do not represent what they show on the product's picture.

I just received the Meinl Bongo/Percussion Bag. As always, a speedy and damage free delivery from Sweetwater. Kudos to you guys! My bongos are slightly larger (9.5"W x 18"L x 7.75"H) than the dimension limits suggested in the description. Still, fit is just right. Some room left in L and H but W is at the limit. As was mentioned in other reviews, it looks to be well made, seams are straight and no frayed threads. Padding is sufficient for transport in my car for local gigs. The only knock on this product is that with it zipped closed, the handles are a bit short to easily Velcro together. They reach, but it pulls the sides of the bag in and is pretty tight. An improvement would be to lengthen the handles by maybe 1-2 inches. Not a major complaint though for a bag at this price point. Thanks to Meinl for a decent product and to Sweetwater (Ben) for the great service!
