Stereo Summing Module for Temple Audio Templeboard

The Temple Audio SUM MOD V2 is a stereo summing module for your Templeboard. This accessory module automatically sums your stereo signal to mono when only one amp is connected. You can also use it to split a mono signal into two mono outputs. The SUM MOD V2’s transformer-isolated buffered outputs prevent unwanted ground loops when two amplifiers are powered from different sources. At Sweetwater, we’ve found that the SUM MOD V2 mounts effortlessly in the Modular End Panel of your Templeboard, making it a breeze to install. Temple Audio Templeboard modules make it possible to build the pedalboard of your dreams.

This fits tightly in you rig and helps keep the noise out but it also has some great summing options.

Does what it says it does!

This is a great bit of kit -- it does exactly what it claims to, & does it without any configuration or setup effort. Stick it at the end of a stereo pedalboard, & it'll automatically sum to mono when you plug in just a single amp, or retain your stereo feed when you plug in two. Or, run a mono line into it, & it'll duplicate that and send out dual mono to two amps when you plug them in. And the best part is that it does it through an isolated transformer, so you're safe from ground loops & other hums that can occur when you utilize more than one amp. AND it serves as an output buffer, so you have plenty of signal driving the lines to your amp(s).

The only thing to be aware of is that this unit requires a 9V tap to operate, so factor that into your pedalboard power planning. #p's
