Sweet Find

Music Background: I'm a hobby drummer, using Roland electronic equipment

Having recently discovered that my Roland Edrum bass head had just about worn out, I set out to locate a replacement. I can't
recall how I came to find Sweetwater, but I sure wasn't having much luck elsewhere. So, I found the small drum head that I
needed, and issued the order. No too long after, I received email from a Sales Engineer, asking if everything was going OK.

So, I conversed via email with this Sales Engineer, and discovered the these Sweetwater folks seem pretty friendly. So my
order arrived in a couple of days, and again, I received more communication(s) from the Sales Engineer, asking if all is
well? I notified the Sales Engineer that my order appeared complete, and arrived promptly, so I installed the head, and ran
it through some moderately strenuous playing. And, the head it working well.

So, I've had a very enjoyable experience with Sweetwater, even with my somewhat small purchase. Thanks.
