The most incredible instrument ever
I've never really been into Gibson acoustic guitars in the past. I have Taylor I have a Martin I have fender and I have some other brands and I just always avoided the Gibson for some odd reason I have no idea why. I got this guitar and was amazingly shocked and surprised about the big body tone that it offers it is absolutely incredible. I mean the smell of the wood itself is so pleasing I know that sounds kind of weird but the feel of this guitar is second to none. This is possibly the best acoustic guitar made by a major manufacturer that I've ever played. I love Martin I've always loved Martin guitars I don't like the company but I like their guitars all that aside this is my first choice guitar to play it is a very big body but I'm a big guy and it's just a joy to play the setup on it is absolutely perfect I could not ask for a better guitar. I mostly play studio work and once in awhile play out
I love the J200 Rosewood guitar!
I bought this Guitar from Joe Perrone at Sweetwater. It is the third high end guitar I've bought from Joe. This is just a fabulous guitar and since it came from Sweetwater it arrived in pristine condition. I played a 60's vintage J200 Maple guitar for twenty years and this one is my first ever rosewood guitar. I know guitar players rave about rosewood but I never felt left out with my mahogany and maple guitars. Well, this rosewood guitar really is different. Warm and outgoing right out of the box and vibrates with enthusiasm on every chord. I sure do recommend this beauty. The J200 guitars were made with rosewood prior to WW II and then they switched to maple. All of them marvelous but it is almost like having a vintage J200!
