The M6 LTD acoustic-electric guitar from Seagull Guitars combines compelling limited-run looks with solid tonewoods and a slim Concert Hall body shape. This Concert Hall body shape puts player comfort first but compromises nothing in terms of volume and projection. A solid cedar top and solid mahogany back and sides join together to issue warm bass, rich midrange, and articulate treble, each balanced to perfection by Adirondack spruce X-bracing bracing inside the sound chamber. The M6 LTD’s neck is carved from silver leaf maple topped with an accommodating “D-shape” and a rosewood fingerboard. The M6 LTD puts a fresh feel on favorite Seagull features, but this guitar’s looks impressed Sweetwater players most of all. From top to bottom, Seagull Guitars checked every box to ensure the M6 LTD looks as good as it sounds. Great Seagull for the price!
I have played Seagull guitars most of my life. This M6 is outstanding! The action is nice and low easy to play, easy on the fingers. I love the ruby red finish. Even though I have Taylors, I go back to this guitar most of the time. I love the robust sound. You can't go wrong with this Seagull and for the price!! I am actually thinking of buying another one for work.
Seagull M6, quickly becoming my favorite guitar
I purchased this guitar without having a chance to play it first so I really wasn't sure what to expect. I've owned several Seagulls before so my expectations were high and this guitar actually exceeded my expectations. It looks and sounds great and it is very player friendly. I highly recommend this guitar to anybody who is looking for a new acoustic guitar.
Is it solid back and sides?
It sounds like a great value if it is, but I have read conflicting info online. I'm very interested. I love the Seagull product line. The red looks great.
