Seymour Duncan Little '59/Vintage Stack Tele Humbucker Pickup 2-piece Set - Black
Seymour Duncan Little '59/Vintage Stack Tele Humbucker Pickup 2-piece Set - Black Reviews
This Seymour Duncan Little '59/Vintage Stack Tele Set pickup upgrade starts by ironing out the hum and then kicks your tone into high gear. Despite its tendency to pick up stray FM broadcasts, the dark and throaty sound of the traditional Tele neck pickup may pass muster for some rock tones, but the bridge pickup that's perfect for chicken pickin' tends to be a bit anemic for heavier rock riffs. With this Little '59/Vintage Stack Tele Set you can ditch the interference and beef up your tone, all without having to modify your guitar. The guys in Sweetwater's guitar shop really dig Duncan's Little '59 bridge pickup, which is the size of a standard single-coil model but delivers real PAF tone. Likewise, the Vintage Stack neck pickup totally preserves that classic Tele punch, but with so little noise you'd swear there was some serious studio magic at work. All told, if you want to add teeth to your Tele, this Little '59/Vintage Stack combo is the way to go.
Rock On
Great tone had a little trouble with the neck pickup mounting screws SD says you can use the screws on the guitar but that didn't work it fell through so I made these plates out of a nickle pickup tray laying around
Lil 59
Sound great had a little trouble with the neck pickup as its suspended from the pickgaurd SD says youbcould use the screws on the guitar and inly supplied body mount wood screws. I couldn't find any acceptable screws so I made these out of and old nickle pickup tray ,a dremal and a tap

Great Pickups, Great Sweetwater Service (as always)...!!!
Tele Revival
I use my tele for heavier music and this was the key to developing my love for the tele again. I never play neck pickups, but it's just a clean beaut. The bride pickup broke up long before I can get anything else to and just screams clarity and top end tame.
In love
I had these put in my Dquier 40th anniversary Tele. Wow. The sustain and sound from these pickups have made me fall even more in love with my guitar. Especially when I add some extra gain. Wow. A very Zeppelin I feeling. This keeps your Tele sounding like a Tele but adds depth and darkness with defined tones that are still full and well rounded.
Awesome
I can't believe how good these pickups sound. They have a vintage Tele sound, but better. The power is great.
I added a 4way switch which gives another benefit of having the bridge, and neck pickups in series.
Seymour Duncans are great pickups, at a great price. Top notch quality.
Awesome pickups
Really great sound from these pickups that I installed on girlfriends Tele. Thanks!
SD Little '59
I installed the Little '59 and Vintage Stack in a Squire 50s Classic Vibe. The '59 was a little snug getting through the pickup slot, but a little pressure and it popped through. I sounds smooth and full, plenty of volume. The Vintage Stack, is okay, but nothing special. It is a little thin on the sound, so expect to crank it up a bit more. I would rather have a Twisted Tele, but it comes with the single coil bridge, which I don't really care for. I will probably get used to it if I give it more time, or change it later. With a 4-way switch, the '59 alone or in series is the the way to go.
Just the ticket
I bought these to replace a set of Fender Noiseless that I had installed when I first bought the guitar. The Noiseless set took care of the 60 cycle hum but they were still a little too anemic for any real crunch through any amp I owned. These Seymour Duncan pickups remedied that AND the neck pickup is even quieter noise wise. The bridge pickup is great for soloing and the neck pickup has a very clear tone for rhythm.
59 Vintage Stack Tele Pickup Set
Great pickups will change the traditional sounds just a little, but very quiet and clean tone Very pleased
Thank you
Took my crazy ear piercing swamp ash maple, maple neck and fret board Tele to a highly refined monster. Love it. Now I can play it out and be happy. Overdrive is great , cleans up nice with volume ctrl. Very clear tone. Took me a week install but well worth it. My limited skills and time slowed me down on the install. Very happy! I have little 59 in bridge of my strat for years. You can tell one is for strat one very Tele. Very different. Very well done.
lil package BIG SOUND!
Duncan is by far becoming my favorite. This set is phenomenal in my tele. I considered selling it because I mainly play rock and metal. the tele just didn't sound great distorted but this set woke it up.
lil 59- humbucker mode sounds like a big duncan...no really it does and it performs amazingly with distortion. Coil split it and you get that slightly reminiscent tele single sound but warmer.
Vintage stack- humbucker mode sounds good however it does make it pretty low output but you do get those nice tele sounds just warmer a bit. Coil split it becomes louder and has an amazing twang to it but it can get noisy.
all in all if you want a more versatile tele and use distortion as well as enjoy the classic tele sound these pickups won't disappoint.
Seymour Duncan Little 59 Tele Stack
Turned my Tele into a hot rod...! Bridge pickup is bad***...!
