Copmpletely Satisfied
I use it. Sizing is set for me. If it had to be adjusting for others as well, do not know how long it would last. I have had no problems since it is always adjusted for me. Only complaint is - there is not a durable travel case for it. I travel and all the other A/V equipment is in its own travel cases. I do not have one for this. That's where I will get into trouble sometime. I am a valid purchaser and have had this about 3 years I have ordered another for use for others. Will give an update for # 2 headgear, after I have had it for a while.4.5 stars because I do not have a travel case for it. Padre
Terrible design
Mic wire attached to ear piece and super vulnerable, even tho u was super careful in handling it. The "detachable cable lengthens the life of the mic" is also a farce as it was very difficult to unplug it and the leads very small and bent. (This was after the mic cord attached to the rear piece broke that i tried it to see if that would have made a difference.
