GK Legacy IV 410 Bass combo
This bass combo completely blew me away!!
First of all it's built like a tank. Perfect for the rigors of the road or the studio. The 800 watts seem more like 1000!! The 410s are very articulate. Perfect for finger style or slapping and popping. Thank you Gallien Krueger for creating such a perfect product!!
Replacement for 23year old 1001RB 210.
If there's one thing to be said about GK products, it's that they are dependable. This one arrived carried on the shoulder of our Fed Ex girl. A good sign. The cabinet and grill are of a rugged construction. The entire amplifier section is recessed into the cabinet helping prevent damage to the controls. There is more than enough EQ controls to find your sound using both active and passive classic instruments. If there is one thing I would change it would be I would replace one or two of the really nice removeable casters with a locking variety. Overall, a very nice value for this price point.
