Universal Audio LUNA Pro Bundle Reviews
The Universal Audio LUNA Pro Bundle transforms the company's free LUNA DAW software into an end-to-end analog recording studio. This killer cache of software includes five LUNA Extensions designed to emulate every component of an API Vision console, a Studer multitrack tape machine, and an Ampex master tape machine. You also get 15 UAD plug-ins, arming you with a host of authentic analog-modeled effects. A fat-sounding PolyMAX Synth virtual instrument rounds out this bundle. Best of all, you can use the Universal Audio LUNA Pro Bundle with — or without — UA hardware. That's right, you can run LUNA, its extension, and all of these awesome plug-ins natively! Engineers seeking a powerful, all-in-one, in-the-box recording and mixing solution will get all that and more with the Universal Audio LUNA Pro Bundle from Sweetwater.

Best Ever !
I have owned recording studios since 1970 as an owner, then a recording engineer, then a mixer and am also a mastering engineer.
I have used several DAWs over the years and I can honestly say that I am more impressed with LUNA then any other DAW I have used.
It is easy to instantiate, operate, and create with less hassle than any so far.
I have also performed professionally with many groups from Motown to country and just about every genre imaginable. I say this not to impress anyone, but, just to reinforce the fact that I sorta know what I am talking about when it comes to knowing how music should sound.
LUNA has blown away just about every other DAW I have encountered. It really delivers !
My hat is off to my sales engineer, Mark Magdich, for his unwavering honesty with me over many years.
Try LUNA, you won't regret it.
So far
I am still learning the ways of digital... This bundle is definitely professional both visually and audibly.
Good ol’days DAW
The Pro bundle is worth it but you can't buy the Neve summing without hardware. Excellent analog workflow and beautiful to look at on 5K display. Still not as deep as Cubase/Logic etc but everything is there to make a gold record
Great Layout! But, wish I knew I couldn't use the Neve Summing extension.
I'm a long time Studio One user (and may go back, I'm not sure yet). Luna's layout is beautiful! I love that the tape saturation and the console summing run natively in the DAW. Getting the UA LA2A and Pultec plugins is worth the price alone. I'd like to see improvement in the "takes to tracks"/versions area as it's a little clunky right now compared to Studio One. It comes with the API console summing extension and I was excited to see the Neve summing extension available... or so I thought. I downloaded the demo and liked it. I tried to purchase it today and it wouldn't even add it to my cart. A message popped up that I need a UA interface to buy/run it (I'm running Luna natively with a Audient interface). I'm disappointed as I made the purchase with adding the Neve extension extension in mind. I think people should be aware of this.
