I've never bought an LTD before...
I own several ESP guitars (M1 USA Custom, MII standard MIJ, Mirage USA Custom) I really thought that the LTD versions were mass produced crap...I was WRONG! I joined a new band a few months back and needed a guitar that wasn't such a shredder. The Evertune intrigued me but I really didn't want to buy an LTD, but I also didn't want to spend 4K on another USA Custom ESP. Took a flyer on this one and damn am I blown away!!! Plays like a dream (better than any Telly I've ever picked up) it has a rounded neck like a baseball bat at the headstock and it feels soooo good. This thing came shipped to me in tune and I have not had to tune it at all since! I absolutely LOVE the Evertune!! I can get ANY tone I want with this guitar, especially with the coil splitter.
The perfect studio guitar!
This is literally the perfect recording studio guitar. Just hit record and make some killer hard rock and metal songs. It's always in tune and it plays and sounds like 5k guitar. Cleans sounds amazing too. I've got it setup in drop tuning and I can crank out some deep clean chugging chords. Freakin love it!
Amazing!!!
The specs on this guitar seemed perfect to me so I took a shot and ordered it without playing. It comes with the Evertune bridge which is my first guitar with it and I don't think I will buy a guitar without it now. I literally haven't tuned the guitar once since it arrived from Sweetwater with perfect tuning. It has a contoured body and satin finish so is very comfortable to play with and isn't sticky like poly or nitro can be. It is just so comfortable to play and the next feels amazing. Seriously killer guitar for any price but for what it's selling for it is a steal IMO.
Mine was good for a week or two
These are cheaply made. Mine started having the frets crack through the edging on the neck almost immediately. I'd recommend saving your money and buying a real ESP, not an LTD. Lesson learned.
