Unbelievable!
To begin with, This was my first guitar that I've ordered through Sweetwater. I've usually bought all others through a well known Guitar chain. My sales person was Curt who constantly kept me advised of where my guitar was in the process and kept me updated on even the shipping. My guitar arrived in record time,well packaged and protected. When I finally opened the case I could only stare in awe at how beautiful this guitar was! When I plugged it in and started playing it was even better! I had a friend over who's a professional guitar player and even after running up and down the neck remarked how it made all his guitars feel unset up. I and now him will always order the fretplex as it makes one hell of a difference. I own other LPs but this one is special. Great tone no matter what type of music you play.
