Gibson Les Paul Supreme Electric Guitar - Wine Red Reviews
Arguably the ultimate Les Paul, Gibson’s Les Paul Supreme blends modern performance-minded features with some of the most elegant appointments you’ll find on the company’s iconic single-cut solidbody. Right out of the gate, the Supreme’s mahogany body proves that this is no ordinary Les Paul, sporting a deep heel carve that grants full access to the SlimTaper mahogany neck’s glassy ebony fingerboard. Two Burstbucker Pro pickups continue the Les Paul Supreme’s modern reimagining of the Les Paul formula by providing you with a hotter, fatter, and slightly more aggressive twist on classic PAF sonics. You also get a host of versatile switching options, including coil taps, phase switching, and pure bypass to send your pickup’s signal straight to the output jack. High-class ornamentations such as multi-ply binding and tasteful mother-of-pearl Super Split Block inlays seal the deal, all but ensuring that the Les Paul Supreme will take up the mantle as the crown jewel in your 6-string collection.

Excellent in every way!
This Les Paul wine red modern is an excellent guitar! The beauty, the feel, the sound are simply flawless! Received via FedEx in 2 days flat, professionally packaged and ready to play right out of the box. I could not be happier with Joe Holsclaw and the Sweetwater Team, who always serve their clients above and beyond the call of duty. I just mentioned to Joe that I do like 9-gauge strings vs 10-guage, but that I can certainly change them myself. Well, Sweetwater sent my guitar out with 9-gauge, tuned and ready to fire up! Highly recommend Sweetwater and will certainly continue to work with Joe and the Sweetwater Team! A+++++
This gets six stars
I bought one of these three months ago———wine red. It's the best guitar I've ever had in my hands. I've been playing a Gibson 335 (Trini Lopez) that I bought in 1965; a great vintage Gibson, and still near mint. It was made before the plek machine was invented, so I don't try to compare it to the Les Paul. I will say that in playability, finish, looks- wine with the gold hardware the Les Paul gets the best rating. It also has a long sustain, and there is no "neck dive," which I expected it to have.
2023 Gibson Les Paul Supreme
I recently had the opportunity to play the new 2023 Gibson Les Paul Supreme at the Gibson Garage in Nashville, TN. If you are in Nashville, I would highly recommend visiting this museum/guitar store that is absolutely FILLED with guitars and highly trained and true musicians that are extremely helpful and knowledgeable! Upon returning home, I reached out to my top three guitar store I deal with. While Sweetwater was not the least expensive, my Rep, Nico was extremely helpful and made the purchase a joy!I have never had a negative experience with Sweetwater in all the years of buying guitars, amps, accessories. This new Supreme plays like butter! Beautiful Wine Red finish, the latest Burstbucker Pro pickups and the pop up volume and tone knobs that let you change phase and various options quickly! I also like the carved out back that allows for easy access to the highest notes on the fretboard. Truly and heirloom guitar that I will cherish in my collection! That you Sweetwater and Nico for making this such a great experience!!
