This is an absolutely stunning Les Paul! The fit, finish and playability are all top notch. The AAA top is a work of art. Couldn't be happier! This was my first purchase from Sweetwater. Initially I was drawn to the site due to the ability to see the actual guitar you are purchasing. After my entire experience, there is so much more that makes this a great company to order from. You can tell these guys really take pride in their product and go the extra mile to assure everything is perfect before they send anything out. When I saw this guitar, I was immediately intrigued. When I saw the weight, I knew it was special and had to have it. Turns out I was not wrong. This is perhaps the best Les Paul I have ever played, much less the best out of the 3 I own. It's so resonant and has a growl to it I don't hear in my other guitars, which there are many now. That may be because of the pickups being a little hotter, but I think it's because it's just an awesome guitar. It came with a fairly decent setup, far from the worst I have encountered and completely very playable out of box. The setup was pretty minimal, just dialing her to my specs I like. I have only seen sub 8lbs Les Paul's from the wildwood feather weight models, which reserve the very best lightweight mahogany for those guitars. This guitar is not weight relived or chambered. It's a one piece body, with a traditional 2 piece flamed maple top. Gibson is truly putting out some of the best, finest guitars they have ever made since the new leadership took over. They are better than ever, and this Les Paul is the evidence of that. It sings, it sustains, it freaking rocks and does all the things playing absolutely beautifully. I could not be happier with this guitar, and I'm not sure it can get better than this one. My collection now consists 13 guitars from various manufacturers, but THIS one is my number one now. I love this guitar so much I appropriately named her, Flaquita which is Spanish slang for a skinny hot chick.

I've been looking at these Les Paul Slash guitars for months and finally made the leap and bought one. I couldn't be happier. This guitar is simply amazing. I know a lot of folks mention some of the 'issues' that make high end Gibson guitars so unique...usually little finish flaws, etc. But this guitar arrived, literally, perfect. Setup was perfect, intonation was perfect and zero finish flaws. Frankly, I wouldn't have cared if there were a few as these are (mostly) hand built and finished instruments.

The only thing greater than the guitar was the amazing customer service from my sales representative, Adam Hunter. I literally probably drove him crazy with questions, asking for comparisons about the Slash vs. other Les Paul models, Slash Les Paul vs. Heritage guitars and on and on and on. He was there helping and advising and recommending during my entire buying process. Just amazing customer service.

Been playing for 27 years and always wanted a AAA flame top. This guitar looks and plays and sounds unbelievable. This is by far my favorite guitar. Slash and Gibson really put a great package together for an affordable price as anything close would be over twice the price. Thanks to Aric for giving me all the information on this guitar and all the good people at Sweetwater. Would never buy a guitar from anywhere else.

I have played many high end custom shop guitars over the years, I have also owned many Gibson guitars. This guitar in particular is a work horse. The fit and finish is stunning, the guitar is very comfortable to play, I sold my 2023 60s standard for this one as the sound is richer, more full, and cuts through a band mix really well. Even if you don't like Slash the guitar is great for blues, rock, and even southern rock. When the guitar is plugged into an amp and ran through a clean channel it almost sounds like very Carlos Santana like. If you play a lot, record, and gig this guitar will hold up in almost any situation you throw at it. I recommend ripping off the Gibson Strings and putting Elixor Optiwebs on it!

Bought a demo Anaconda Burst… I've bought demo models from Sweetwater in the past, and they've always been killer, with spot on set ups, and this was no exception. Sweetwater went out of their way to point out the finish blemishes, which to date I still really can't see on the actual guitar, and the pictures they posted simply didn't do the flame top justice. I have a couple of Les Paul R8's that I love, and this Les Paul holds its own with those 2 custom shop Les Pauls. Slash's pickups are not high output by any stretch, but they definitely have more than enough bite to set them apart from my other Les Pauls.

This is my secound guitar from sweetwater. I live 5 miles away from guitar center. I stop going there over coustomer service. TJ is the best coustomer service sales man i ever seen in music industry i ever go.

I remember when I upgraded from an epiphone to a Gibson studio and feeling the quality difference in the two, now upgrading from the studio to this is an even more noticeable upgrade in feel, looks, and tone. it may be heavy and chunky but it sure can sing, it has that 80's bite and with a small turn of the volume knob you have that sweet blues tone. I am forever spoiled now that a own and played a top quality Gibson. Big thanks to Erik Bothwell with helping me out over the years with gear purchases and making sure everything goes smoothly from purchase to delivery.

I'm by no means an expert musician. However, I should be since I purchased my first guitar in 1980. I just can't find the time to practice enough. Anyway, I started my electric guitar adventure with a $40 Ibanez at a yard sale some time ago.
Went to a $200 Epiphone SG, followed-up by a $750 Schecter (Diamond Series). Played this for years thinking it sounded great and it does for the most part. It serves its purpose.
However, fast forward... 2022 - Got this Gibson, Les Paul (Slash) and I was really apprehensive. I've never played a Gibson before. Never held a Gibson. Wasn't sure if I would like the 22 fret Gibson VS the 24 fret Schecter.
This Gibson, Les Paul (Slash) November Burst is absolutely incredible. I can't put it down. My wife is upset with me. Lol.
The sound, the response is fantastic. The sustain is incredible. I definitely recommend it.

Much like a combat-experienced marine, this guitar is gung ho and ready to go. No excuses and no holding back. It's an LP that can do jazz, metal, rock, blues, and anything else you can think of. The tone controls and volume combine to deliver a multitude of tones and screaming wails. It sounds great, no matter what is thrown at it. I've never been disappointed with a Les Paul, and this one is no exception. If it doesn't sound good; practice and do better…it's you, not this guitar.

Gibson is back! And I am glad for it. There is nothing I can complain about when it comes to my new Slash Paul. Nothing!!
It's a Rock machine no doubt. But it is also a fat juicy blues riffing & metal spitting monster of tone.
The finish and grain on my unit is exceptional.
I popped it right next to my Gibson SG 200 and they looked like they were meant to be together since forever.
The Slashbuckers sound primal and deadly with the tone know all the way down.

I returned a 60's standard because of a Blem and spent a little more money and purchased the Novemberburst. As soon as I opened the case I could instantly see the upgrade in craftsmanship. The finish, hardware, neck and details look fantastic. The pickups really do sound aftermarket but are not too hot. This guitar sounds how you think it would sound..... amazing! It comes with a pickguard separately and one of my favorite things is how there are no holes drilled into it. I recommend!!

The guitar is awesome!!! When I opened up the case, the guitar looked just like it it did in the photos. Being able to select your exact guitar is a must when you're spending that kind of money for an online purchase. The packaging, shipping time and service were all first class. I'm glad I purchased through Sweetwater, and I'll definitely use them again.

I'd like to thank Sweetwater for making my dreams come true... I've been waiting for a guitar like this since I was a teenager. The Gibson LP (slash signature) not only fullfil my expectations... also exceed it. In my case, I took a high risk buying a guitar that I've never payed it before... specially considering the fact that a live in a different country. Stopped playing for a number of years and sold my Studio. Had the opportunity to buy it back and started to play again. Always longed for a Tobacco Standard without a pick guard and a fat 50's neck. My studio is a 60's slim. Never considered myself a Slash fan or Artist Editions in general but I do love his tone. The minute I held this guitar in my hands I new it was something special, I know tone is subjective but there is nothing not to love! Sweetwater's set up is perfect, and the phone call from Ashton to check up is why you need to get your hands on one of these, from Sweetwater of course.

Fit and Finish was great from the factory and Sweet Water QC! Picked this one out of the lineup. She is more beautiful in person.

I thought there would be about $500 of wasted money just for the Slash logo. I was wrong. The guitar is worth all the dollars I spent on it. Warm, articulate and plays exceptionally well for every genre of music.

This guitar is beautiful! I haven't found any flaws in the fito or finish. It sounds fantastic! Is there any sound more satisfying than a Les Paul plugged into a Marshall? I haven't found one yet. The tones in this guitar are just stellar! I opted to spend the extra for the Slash model because I wanted the AAA top and warmer pickups. It hasn't disappointed. Puts a smile on my face even just playing legato exercises and scales.

This guitar is so gorgeous! Way nicer in person. I got a demo model, but it looks brand new. It plays so nice, sounds amazing. Just do your self a favor and get one. Sweetwater is great. Bryan Campbell does a great job, very helpful and makes sure you get your gear fast whether it is a guitar or just a set of strings.

Wonderful example of the Slash November Burst. Chucky C shaped neck and NOT Weight relieved. Hard wired with quality pots and caps. Amazing flame top. Picked this one from the lot on line. Amazing sound with these new versions of Slash Custom pickups. Also cant say enough about my Service Rep, IsRael Foster. Thank you for the great guitar!! I wanted a great Les Paul. I saw the top on the Slash model and I was sold. In every respect this guitar is solid. It just feels right. I get inspired playing it. I have 12 other guitars and this is the one I go to 80% of the time. The neck is great, the pickups are deep and throaty and sing too. Perfect. This Gibson les Paul slash is a perfect guitar have had a few nice les Paul's but this one hands down is a beast from the tuners to slash signature pickups this tone is perfect the guitar sings now touching on the top the flame is unbelievable so if u get a chance to own one of these guitars don't think twice about it plop down the cash before they become hard to find ..,..

I own numerous Gibsons including many Les Pauls and there is something special about this one. Came set up great and feels and sounds incredible. Could not be happier.

Out of my 13 guitars, many other Gibsons included, this is easily my new #1. Perfect neck, the Alnico 2 pickups sound amazing, basically it has every spec I could ask for in a Les Paul. Feels and sounds great. As a professional guitar tech I can really pick any and all imperfections out of a new guitar. This one was flawless!
