Proudly replicated are the timeless Gibson tonewood recipe (mahogany/mahogany/rosewood) and fast-playing 1960 Slim Taper neck that have won over players like Rivers Cuomo to Jerry Garcia. Thick, biting runch and glassy cleans emit from the 1960 Les Paul Special Double Cut Reissue's Custom Shop Soapbar P-90 pickups with CTS pots and paper-in-oil caps. A thin VOS nitrocellulose finish and vintage appointments (Kluson tuners, Top Hat knobs) complete the package.

This guitar is a Rock-n-Roll machine!
My first 'real' guitar was a 1964 SG Special with P90's, so I have a love for them.
I was born in 1960, and I turned 60 in 2020, at which time my amazing wife surprised me with this guitar!

Perfect
This might be the easiest guitar to play of all time. The custom soapbars have a certain crunch that leaves me thinking "holy..." every time I play it. The look, color, feel is just flat out amazing. Stays in tune like a champ, I've always loved Kluson strips. Mike's the best and has absolutely made a loyal customer out of me.

This guitar is a joy to play. I love the versatility and at higher volumes the crunch gets your blood pumping. One of my favorites.
