2014 gibson les paul heritage figured
The good.. I bought this guitar for 1 ..the way it looked. It is a fabulous flamed maple topped guitar. No. 2 because of the sound.. it has a acoustically sustainy sound. 3 the quality was outstanding I could nt find a single imperfection.
The bad.. I had to change out the 490r neck pickup for a burstbucker rythem neck pickup. It sound great with the neck rolled off to 9. The fretboard is richlite instead of ebony which tone wise I couldn't tell the difference. I prefer ebony of course.
I did compare this guitar to 6 vintage customs ... this guitar was on par with them.
But I will be getting one of those next year.
