Qsc LA112
What a great addition to our Sound co. These line arrays are just what we needed , Qsc has always been a solid product to have already done several shows these sound great and the setup time is much better . thanks to Tommy Heil our Sweetwater rep for helping us navigate this huge purchase . he went above and beyond answering our loads of questions and following up after the purchase.
Glad I pulled the trigger!
I spent a lot of time to determine if I was going to buy these for my small production company. I recived them a few months ago and have now deployed them on two gigs. I am so glad that I decided on these speakers! I am currently running two of these on each side along with one KS118 (on sub poles) for my mains. Both events were around 350-400 people in the audience and it was GREAT! I look forward to expanding this rig in the future and able to ground stack on subs or fly. DSP is amazing and easy, build quality is very solid, and sound quality was truly mind blowing. Both events I recived dozens of compliments on the sound quality with several people saying "sounded like listing to a record." Thanks to Derek my SW rep, and Sweetwater, and QSC!
Evolution of the Mid Size Line Array
I've worked with many systems from OG JBL Vertec, RCF HDL, JBL VRX etc .. these are an evolution of array technology and deployment but simplified so an end user can deploy .. I expect system techs to hate this cause really it's like AI for Arrays easily serving most needs .. why 4 stars then? 1 its expensive and it's heavy ..one day these things will be under 35lbs and $1500 … one day but today its worth it still
