The 90 degree connector worked out great for our side mounted XLR light connection on the control panel.
Works exactly as hoped
Works as expected. Especially if you have a dimmer knob, as you turn the dimmer knob it'll go from just a red light at a low setting, to red/white light combination mid way to just a bright white light at max setting. But that's if the unit your connecting it to has a singer knob. The light thing itself doesn't have a dimmer control.
