I have 3 of these now, because they're that nice. Very solid and sturdy, with nice looks as well (kind of elegantly functional, instead of junky or industrial). They hold virtually any guitar securely (including offsets: my Jaguar sits a little off-center, but not crookedly, or with any less stability or grip). Unlike stands which cradle the neck, they're not fussy about what angle you grab the guitar from, and the rubber at the top has more than enough friction to keep guitars from sliding or tipping over. Unlike stands where the guitar body rests on prongs, these don't entangle straps, but they also keep the guitar elevated enough to provide clearance for a plugged in cable.

Only downside is they're a bit heavier than tube frame or plastic stands, so they're less gig-bag efficient if you're trying to minmax your total carry weight. But unless you're packing your bag with a ton of other extras, it's not actually enough to be an issue.

It's sturdy, light, portable and strong. The cork material grips the bottom of your guitar well without ruining it's finish. Safe for nitro finished guitars.
Maxx Rapp (Sales Eng.) and his team are excellent. Sweat Water is very fortunate to have this team.

I have three of these cork stands, and have no reaction on my three 100% nitro-finished guitars. The cork is also a nice color, different from the black used on almost every other guitar accessory. Folded, it's 1 1/4" thick.

Best stand I've ever owned. Solid, adjustable, won't mar the finish on lacquer. Nice.
