The Mission Engineering KM-212P is the first conventional electric guitar amplifier speaker cabinet to be optimized for your amplifier modeling gear. It's 2 x 12" construction is carefully designed to deliver the warmth and punch of a standard 4 x 12" cab with an extended high-end to capture all of your modeler's detail and articulation. Light-weight and compact designOne look at the KM-212M 2 x 12" electric guitar amplifier speaker cabinet and you'll think you're gazing upon a mini 4 x 12". That's because the KM-212P is engineered to offer the same punch performance and great onstage look as a large slant cabinet. But only having two 12" speakers allows this cabinet to come in at a considerably smaller size while the speakers' neodymium magnets keep the weight of the entire cabinet to a manageable 49 lbs.
Two neodymium 12" speakersMission Engineer found a way to get the upper-range detail out of these 12" guitar speakers that is required to achieve the best sounds from your modeling amps. Neodymium magnets tend to have a faster high-transient response that aids in this greatly. This means there is no need for bi-amping or the inclusion of separate high-frequency drivers.
