NOT clean
I got this pedal to be able to tweak the volume of the clean channels in my Helix without having to dive into the settings of multiple patches. I was disappointed to hear slight breakup when the pedal volume was set at any level. I thought it might be the Helix so I plugged the pedal straight into the clean channel of my tweed amp (the clean channel is VERY clean), and I still heard the breakup. I also tried the different dip switch settings but they didn't help. The treble cut is too subtle to really notice any difference and didn't get rid of the breakup, and the high gain setting is REALLY dirty. I would give this pedal only one star if I absolutely needed a completely clean boost, but I can workaround the issue by instead applying it to the high gain patches in the Helix and tweaking the volume there.
Not usable for me.
The power socket is in the worst possible place (right next to the output jack) so not usable on my small pedalboard with the collection of connectors and patch cables I use.
