Great replacement for ev15L
Bought this to go in a TL-606 cab build and compared to my Mesa road ready 2x15 sounds basically the same. Great low end and sparkly highs. So far after about 2 weeks of play time it's broken in nicely and just gotten better. If I build another 1x15 this is the speaker I'll buy again.
WOW!!!!!!!
Bought a pair of these to replace a bad speaker in a pair of Mackie Thump 15A speakers. All I have to say is that Mackie should really be using this speaker in this setup. Totally amazing the difference in sound. The lows coming out of these speakers now are insane! These get louder and go way lower now then they did right out of the box. Definitely worth the investment to swap out these drivers. Will be looking for a new horn next to complete the upgrade.
Eminence 15"speaker
I bought this speaker to temporarily replace a Jbl E140 in one of my mid-hi cabinet while its being re-coned, the eminence didn't sound as punchy as the Jbl but was a great choice as a backup, im very happy with it and as usual Sweetwater to the rescue!
