Solidbody Electric Guitar with Poplar Body, Maple Neck, Amaranth Fingerboard, String-through Hardtail, and 2 Humbucking Pickups - Gloss Black

The Jackson JS32T King V solidbody electric guitar gives you instant attitude — sonically and visually. Worth every penny!

By Ademar Ruiz from Wasco, CA on February 24, 2023 Music Background: Thrash Metal

Plays great right out the box. Neck felt smooth and fast, string action a little high - easy fix, intonation was right, changed the strings to 10-46 and it's ready to shred. Mine had a slight buffer wheel mark in the finish, but that's to be expected with these affordable models. Overall, I would definitely recommend this axe! 10/10

Cool design while playing great

By Sweetwater Customer on September 21, 2022

It is an amazing guitar, I have had it for a few days and it feels great to hold and play. I don't have any complaints about it and for the price I would recommend this for a beginner as well as any other level of player

Killer Jackson

Pretty spanking guitar we have here . You need to get it set up before actually being able to use it . Your trust rod retighten the machine heads with a ratchet . Make sure you don't put the tunomatic backwards it causes stability issues but it's backwards so dugh. It's a really good guitar holds up if you beat on it and keeps it's tune

Solid Guitar for Rock and Metal

By Stephen on November 9, 2021 Music Background: Playing guitar for 11 years

For an affordable price, this guitar is a great deal. The pickups aren't that bad, and they sound pretty good for an 80s thrash metal sound. Good for practicing or just jamming.

A JACKSON LESS THAN $1k…and RULES.

By Jonny from MD on August 31, 2021 Music Background: Songwriting, guitar, vocals, lyrics, synth, drums, engineering, loving music because it is my life.

This thing is wild, like trying to put a cat in the tub, but once getting used to the body/strap knob placement and being aware of the headstock, you're good to go, my friend. I LOVE IT. The humbuckers are super-nice; hot as Hell but bluesy and bass-heavy with the full neck position.

PS YOU WILL KNOCK THIS GUITAR AROUND BEFORE GETTING USED TO ITS SHAPE & WEIGHT. INVEST IN A CASE, TOO.

Great Guitar!

My first V!

By Matt H. from Saint Paul, MN on January 6, 2021 Music Background: Playing guitar for 29 years.

I've had this for about 7 months now. This is a solid guitar for the money. I mainly play blues and blues rock, and this thing works great for that. Nothing fancy here, but I do love the neck. I normally play a Telecaster, but I needed something with humbuckers, so I went with this V because it's cheap and it looks cool. The action is set low out of the box, and the neck is very comfortable. I prefer it over the Telecaster. I have had a blast belting out screaming lead over blues backing tracks in my basement with this guitar. The pickups sound great for what I do. I did have to tweak the saddle a bit to get the intonation set right. Other than that, no complaints. I was a little worried about buying this, because I do sit down and play sometimes, and I thought it might be weird. But it turns out that I really enjoy playing the V sitting down, it's very comfortable. All in all, this is a nice entry level V.

This thing absolutely rips

By Ben Shobert from Oklahoma on July 22, 2020 Music Background: Average guitar player

I bought this about a week ago, and when I picked it up and put it in tune, I started with some power chords, and almost came in my pants. This is the first nontraditional body shaped guitar that I've owned. It is so light and comfortable, and the neck plays like butter. I'm gonna put some emgs and locking tuners in it in the future, but for now, I really couldn't 've happier. What a fantastic guitar, 5 stars. I think I'll be playing Jackson vs from now on.
