Jackson JS Series King V JS32 - Gloss Black Reviews
For visual ferocity it's hard to beat the sharp lines of Jackson's King V body style, and the Jackson JS32 King V delivers that confrontational look at a value-packed price. It serves up thick, snarling tone and prodigious sustain, courtesy of its resonant, lightweight poplar body and two high-output humbuckers. You'll appreciate the smooth playability of the maple speed neck. And the fully bound compound-radius fretboard is great for chording down low, and bending up high without fretting out. A real Floyd Rose licensed double-locking tremolo bridge completes the package, making the Jackson JS32 King V a guitar any serious player can love.

I bought this guitar it's the best i prefomed in front of 1M people it was great
Great Guitar for the Price
I was hesitant to buy this after reading some mixed reviews, but I didn't want to drop a lot of money on a King V if I wasn't sure how I was going to like the body shape. I've always wanted a King V, and decided to give it a shot.
The biggest negative that kept coming up in reviews was the tuning stability. After a proper setup, I can say that the one I purchased has no issues with this. I did make an adjustment by repositioning the tremolo springs by moving the outside springs so that they are parallel to the center one, and making the proper tension adjustments to have my trem sit perfect again, and my guitar has stayed in tune even with the factory strings (that I haven't changed out yet).
One thing I was surprised at was the quality feel of the pots. Mine have a smooth tension on them that I like better than the ones on my $ Rhoads.
I would say the biggest drawback, but again at this price point it's not really a drawback, is the pickups. They are not the worst pickups in the world, in fact, through my Marshall DSL20 they sound pretty good, but if I had to upgrade one thing those would be it.
All in all, for the price, you get a lot for your money, I find myself reaching for this more than a lot of my higher end guitars.

Love it man so great
Love the guitar
But I wanna know what idiot put the volume knob right under where I'm strumming. Be turning down the volume on accident every time I shred
GETCHA PULL!
Mine fuckin' shreds, I love it! I usually buy/play B.C. Rich & Dean, but this one is AWESOME for the price! My ONLY complaint is pretty gnarly "Neck-Droop", but I can work around that. Most people would say you cant play it sitting down, but C'MON, its a V.... get off your feet and jump around, have fun with it, if you wanna sit around and play soft, buy a Fender! \m/
Great bang for your buck
Was nervous about ordering online due to past experiences with other companies, Sweetwater is completely different they actually care, my guitar was 100% ready to play straight out of the box. The guitar itself is more than I expected for the price. Will 100% buy more from Sweetwater they are amazing to work with
Great guitar for the intermediate player.
Great guitar if you have been playing a while. This is my second guitar, and I have been playing for 2.5 years. Made of quality materials and has a nice sound.
Great Guitar
The King V is an amazing guitar. Sweetwater has amazing customer service and has never let me down. I have 6 guitars, this is my favorite.
i love it
This guitar is amazing, if you want to get a good guitar and are on a budget this is it
Needed a lil work
I had to adjust the Floyd rose the 2day I had the guitar and the process took around 1 in a half hours but overall it a great guitar if ur looking for a Flying V
Very nice
Mine actually played great right out of the box. neck is great Floyd Rose is ok but not any tuning issues. I really put this to the test. very happy. I'm not really into buying expensive guitars to bring to bar gigs and I do a lot of them.
Great guitar
The guitar is great! The pickups and everything is great but the Floyd Rose. if i was to use the floyd, the guitar would get really out of tune. Overall its gret
Buyer beware!
These are great looking guitars and the price makes them hard to pass up. There are several things wrong with the JS Series by Jackson. They are using cheap hardware. The tuners are sloppy and the bridge doesn't hold tune if you use the whammy bar. On the model I purchased, the locking nut was not seated properly and there was a gap between it and the fretboard. There was also a damaged tuning head and a dent near the low E bridge post. I don't blame Sweetwater, this is poor quality control on the Jackson side of things. I can't recommend this guitar to anyone. If you're a beginner, consider another guitar, this one is bound to give you tuning trouble. If you're a player that likes to mod, consider an X Series model, you'll end up saving money. Sorry Jackson, I love the King V, but these are not good instruments.
