Ibanez Joe Satriani Signature JS2410 Electric Guitar - Sky Blue Reviews

Solidbody Electric Guitar with Alder Body, Maple/Bubinga Neck, Rosewood Fingerboard, 2 Humbucking Pickups, and Edge Tremolo - Sky Blue

Plug in with the Ibanez JS2410, and you'll instantly realize you're holding a precision musical instrument. Tailor-made for next-level fretboard pyrotechnics, this top-of-the-line Satriani-style electric guitar features an ultra-fast-playing 3-piece maple/bubinga JS neck. Ibanez's Prestige fret edge treatment only adds to the fluid feel of this guitar. Whether you’re executing warp-speed legato runs or wild arpeggio tapping techniques, you'll appreciate the harmonic-laden, super-colossal tones of the JS2410's DiMarzio humbuckers. You also get a push-pull coil-split and a highpass filter for easy sonic shapeshifting, and an Edge tremolo that's primed for serious whammy bar abuse. The JS2410 includes a head-turning finish with a matching headstock and attractive chrome hardware.

I Did It My Way!

By Rick Bellamy from SC on July 26, 2022 Music Background: 53 Years of Playing

Actually, SweetWater did it my way. Thanks to Justin for working with me to get it done. I love this guitar. I love the color. I love the 24 frets. I love the pickups. I asked Justin to get it upgraded with a Satchur8 Bridge Pickup and the Sustaniac System by the Pro Shop at SweetWater. It has the most incredible sounds. This is my third Ibanez. This one is my go to guitar now. After playing it for three or four months I wanted to let everyone know I Love it! The case is first class as well. Thanks again to all the people at SweetWater for helping me to get my customized Dream Guitar.

Pure fun to play & premium craftsmanship

By Ed G from East Freetown, MA on April 18, 2022

Have had the JS2410 for a couple of months now & no regrets at all. This guitar is a joy to play. Comfortable neck profile, light weight, the pickups are great, and the Edge floyd stays in tune perfectly. I can't speak to how this Japan-made Prestige model compares to the less expensive models, but the craftsmanship is top notch. Fret work, finish & set up were all pretty much perfect. Even the case is better than most, with a carbon-like exterior & really nice plush interior. I was surprised to see two trem bars included (regular & the ultralite), nice touch.

Amazing Axe.

This guitar is just amazing. The neck is smooth, not too thin or thick, just right. The Dimarzio Pickups make this guitar sing. Love this guitar and I cant put it down. The case is a 5 star hotel and will keep this guitar well protected. This one stays!......

pure magic

By Brian Hulstrom on February 10, 2022 Music Background: 35+ years of playing guitar

This is one of 6 Ibanez that i own, and i must say it is by far the best. out of the box it was set-up as good as i have seen on any guitar (thanks sweetwater) the fit and finish is flawless with no complaints whatsoever. the tone is very "alive" and the difference between the bridge and neck pickups is night and day, witch i like, not just a louder version of the neck pickup which seems to be the norm nowadays. The original Edge trem is a monster you will like if your into trems, IMO the best trem system ever made bar none. (there is a reason Vai and Satch use them exclusively) the case is as solid as any i have owned and has a good amount of room for straps ans strings. all of the edges are rounded and it is a very comfy guitar to play. stays in tune without problem too. as a side note, i did have Sweetwater Plek this guitar for me, after the first guitar i had them plek i have it done as a matter of course on all my guitars. some say it isnt worth it, but i am a believer in it and wont own a guitar that isn't pleked. Big thanks to Aaron, the best rep i ever had for helping me with this purchase.

Not worth the money.

Compared to all my other Signature guitars from Ibanez this guitar feels used. Mine came with loose volume and tone pots. Also my toggle switch felt extremely worn and loose. The basic feel of the guitar just feels cheap. Definitely not worth
