Superb
I still love my Martins but this Gibson J45 Studio Walnut is superb and has moved to the front of the pack. It has the famed thump and a super articulate midrange that I have just not heard from any other acoustics. The walnut back and sides are absolutely stunning and to my ears provides a touch brighter tone than standard J45's... this is a very good thing. On top of that it is a very easy player that sounds great finger picked or strummed. It is very easy to get lost for hours in the tone of this guitar.
