Great Gig Bag
Great design. It has the right amount of pockets and pouches. The strap could be a little bit better, but it gets the job done. It is a really snug fit once the board is in the case so there is no room for movement, which is a good thing in my opinion. Overall, I'm satisfied with it and would recommend getting this for your Impulse 61 or 61 SL MK II vs a generic case unless you need a flight case.
Great bag for Novation Launchkey too!
This really is a great bag for a novation keyboard. I use it for my 61-key Launchkey. There's still some room but it's much more fitting than a universal 61-key keyboard bag. Love the additional pockets to hold gear accessories. Totally recommended!
Novation Black Carry Case - 61-key
This bag is well made, I am using the foam pieces from box that the key 61 came in so that the key 61 has some support in the bag. it has big pockets.
Nice Design, Poor Construction
The bag is 6 months old and I just noticed that the fabric at the zipper has pulled away from the seam just below one end of the handle. I'm using it pretty gently, loading my own gear, and rehearsing or gigging about once a week. This is the shortest lived bag I have ever owned.
I was using it to carry an Arturia Keylab 61 MkII, so it was a bit longer than necessary, but I like the pockets and the overall design.
Zippers are substandard
Zipper pulls broke on 1st use but Sweetwater graciously replaced the case. My replacement case only lasted a couple of years of light use until the zipper pulls broke again rendering the case unusable. Nice case otherwise, but not recommended. I'll try the Gator.
