The two tonewoods combine to create a sweet, articulate tone. It also features a shallow body depth that dramatically improves comfort for smaller players and cuts down on any annoying boom. For total plugged-in domination, the Imperial GT EQ has a soundhole-mounted LR Baggs Anthem electronics. From its polarizing looks, impressive acoustic tone, comfortable playability, and unbeatable plugged-in performance, the Godin Imperial breaks the mold and redefines what an acoustic-electric guitar can really be.

Pro level acoustic electric
This guitar plays and sounds great. The color is not solid, it's actually a blue burst. The true color does not show up in the pictures on Sweetwater or Godin websites. If it had been a solid beautiful blue, I would've give it 5*.
