I felt the need to express how happy I am with the Line 6 HX Stomp XL. I am a 64 year old guitarist/bassist that has been playing for 50 years. In that time I have enjoyed a lot of great guitars, amps and analog pedals.

Here's why I love the HX Stomp XL so much:

1) Easy to program, it took me longer too eat breakfast than it did to program the HX Stomp XL and that's with creating 2 different guitar rigs and a bass rig.

2) The Modeling is awesome. After I created the bass rig, which I dialed in for a Ampeg amp, I recorded directly and the sound was absolutely awesome, best bass tone that I have ever had.

3) Portability, this is a light weight unit so it makes easy too transport around and with the Messenger bag that Line 6 has available it makes it convenient to load up all your cables.

4) Affordability, where else can you have several different guitar/bass amp tone from one unit without having too sell your car to buy all of these different amps and effects.

In conclusion, if you are a seasoned professional, semi-professional or just starting your musical journey and you want and need some thing that is affordable, flexible, durable and easy too use, I would highly recommend the HX Stomp XL and any of the other Line 6 Helix products, you won't be disappointed.
