An Awesome Guitar!
I purchased my Hellraiser in 2018 and over 5 years later, it remains one of my all-time favorites! One of the best values for the money and I absolutely love the Sustainiac pickups and switches. If you're into JY Young/Styx, this guitar will help you get those sounds. Thin, fast neck is perfect for my style of play. Stays in tune no matter what. This guitar is well-made and has a very sturdy finish - After countless hours of play in the past 5 years, still almost no pick scratches at all. And of course, Anthony Giraldi is simply the best! I highly recommend this guitar!

The most fun I've had in a while!
First let me just say that I really wanted the Schecter Apocalypse FR-S but of course being a lefty really screwed that up for me so I set my attention on the Hellraiser (which is the guitar I was checking out before I saw the apocalypse anyway). This guitar is a little heavier than the apocalypse but a good strap takes care of that. The EMG and sustainiac pick ups both sound very good. Very clean and warm and get punchy as all hell with the right effects. The sustainiac pickup is so much fun to play with. The 3 different settings give you a ton of different sounds and you can easily get lost for hours just playing with it. The craftsmanship on this guitar is also top notch. No detail has been spared. The inlays on the fretboard are beautifully set. The binding looks fantastic and the setup was pretty much perfect from Sweetwater. The floating bridge was perfectly level, the neck had the perfect amount of relief and the strings surprisingly were perfectly intonated out of the box. I really enjoy doing setups on my guitars and I was a little disappointed I didn't have to on this one. I guess I will have to wait until it gets warmer outside.
This guitar is worth every penny!
My Schecter C1 FRS and my Schecter Solo semi-hollow are my favorite Axes of many I have. The workmanship quality is beyond excellent! The EMG pickups are my favorites as well as many professionals favorites. The finish on the C1 neck is silky smooth, very thin, bending is very smooth. This all makes for a real shred machine! The Sustainiac feature is crazy fun! Everything about this guitar is sweet! The inlays, and trim work are immaculate! The only consideration is to check the weight of the C1. I like it, but it may be a little heavy for some! Both of my Schecters sound amazing, using a clean amp! Lefties, check out a Gator (PRS) case for this axe, as the Schecter "one case fits all" in my opinion, is way to loose of fit. (Ask your Sweetwater rep)
