The High Quality Option
These are excellent rack screws with washers, they have a quick mount tip to get the screw going and mount quickly into your standard size racks. I upgraded both my racks with this one kit and had enough to mount 2 new processors. They don't strip easily or have the heads slip. I like this product so far.

These are my favourite rack screws, hands down. The tapered pin at the end makes installation easy with less chance of cross threading. Some complain that they're easy to damage, but honestly, rack rails and cage nuts can vary in quality, and I don't want screws that are of a harder material than the rails they're going into. That's a recipe for stripped rails, and throwing a new screw in the rack is a far cheaper and easier option than replacing threaded rails or dealing with a botched cage nut.
Gets The Job Done
They're screws, so they're essential, but nothing to get too excited about. They are pretty good quality; they look nice, and include plastic washers. The only thing I don't like is that they seem to damage pretty easy compared to others I've used. If your screwdriver bit doesn't fit tightly, it can slip a bit too easily for my taste. That damages the screw, and makes it more likely to slip the next time. It's not really a flaw, but I've used other screws that seemed stronger, and I'll probably use those the next time.

Plan ahead and be a pro
These screws work better than you average screws from the hardware store. I know because I went that route before.
The mingth is right and the taper at the end helps you secure your gear quickly.
