After years of frustration dealing with constantly-loosening clutches, I finally found "the one" that locks in place. Super easy to take apart/put together. Hands down the best clutch I've ever used!

Done are the days of spending $ on clutches that strip out, loosen while playing, and thread in/out for setup/tear down.

So, the obvious pros are implied by the above. Stays tight, quick clamp and release, wildly quality piece (this this is actually kinda heavy).

So, what I didn't expect, was how my hats sound and feel after upgrading the clutch.

Sound-wise, there seems to be more clarity and cleanliness in the sizzle and pedal-hat chiks. The response between the pedal and movement of the top hat is wild. On top of that, playing my hats feels almost…buttery. I no longer feel the shock of the hit travel up my wrist.

I don't know if it's in my head or what, but after just sending it and spending way more than I thought I needed for just a clutch, I'm kinda laughing at myself for not having done it sooner. Such a drastic difference.
